If you have sparring equipment that needs to be inspected, needs to be replaced, you will NOT be allowed to use this equipment until inspected or replace. This is a liability insurance issue. Please see us at class for inspection or to have your sparring equipment replaced.

TESTING ~ Our Next Belt Rank Testing will be on Monday, May 20, 2024 during normal class times, with retest date on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. No Class on Thursday, May 23, 2024 due to High School Graduations and No Class on Monday, May 27, 2024 for Memorial Day. The Awards Ceremony will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 6:30pm for all classes and will be held at Coosa Valley Church of God at 970 River Road; Cropwell, AL 35054. We will have small refreshments following the awards ceremony as well. Classes will resume normal class times on Thursday, May 30, 2024 for Special Studies at 6:00pm.
